Disputing Information in a Report/File:
If you believe that any information in your background report is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to open a dispute under the FCRA. There is no fee to do so.
To get started, please provide the basic information in the form. You must provide a valid phone and/or email so we can contact you to follow up on your request. Once we receive your dispute, we will open a reinvestigation which may take up to 30 days. You will be notified of the steps we took and the results of the reinvestigation.

You will need to make sure you include your full name, current address, last 4 of your SSN, your date of birth, your phone and email address when you send your request. You will also need to provide a detailed description of the nature and scope of the information in your report you wish to dispute.
