AMOF^® was originally founded in 1994 as a startup company providing background screening services to Silicon Valley companies. Over the years, our company and available technology has grown and expanded. We work with clients of all sizes from healthcare to manufacturing and everything in-between. We were also a founding member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), now known as Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). That means you can count on our team to follow our obligations under the FCRA as well as applicable state and city requirements. We stay up to date on current industry reporting standards as well as compliance to provide our clients with peace of mind.
